Our properties are at different locations with secure entry: please call the day of your booking (+61 1800 269 000 or +61 (0) 422 150 524) during business hours Mon-Fri 8am-8pm to confirm your location details (24 hour checkin by arrangement).

A home away from home modern style accommodation, Apartments Of Waverley provides guests with a large range of facilities and your choice of spacious one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom townhouses. Each spacious Apartment/Townhouse has separate living and dining areas; fully-equipped kitchen and laundry; heating and air-conditioning; private courtyard/balcony; and complimentary: Unlimited Wifi, Platinum Foxtel in apartments and most townhouses, secure car-space/garage, and weekly servicing.

Apartments of Waverley have a Strict “NO PARTY” policy.

Apartment/Townhouse inclusions:

  • Linen, towels and weekly servicing 
  • Secure carspace/garage
  • Dogs allowed in some townhouses (per Pet fee $75 first week and $50 per week thereafter)
  • Self service laundry 
  • Fully-equipped kitchen
  • 24 hour checkin (by arrangement)
  • Non-Smoking, however, smoking is allowed outside of the units.
  • Two (2) elevators/lifts in our building (one at each end); access to and from car space via  above elevators/lifts; & three (3) entrances into apartment building (Frank St with stairs; and
    Richard Street both with no stairs)
