Apartments Of Waverley is a family owned serviced accommodation business. We've looked after our guests for six (6) years now and we strive to ensure our guests stays are comfortable and our apartments and townhouses as lovely as their own homes.

Apartments Of Waverley includes both apartment and townhouses of varied sizes for you to stay and enjoy our serviced accommodation. These properties are fully-furnished; each private apartment and townhouse has its own separate bedroom(s), laundry, bathroom(s), and fully-equipped kitchen and lounge; and are serviced/cleaned weekly:

Where is Apartments Of Waverley?
Apartments of Waverley are located in several streets either side of Springvale Road and Kingsway, Glen Waverley CBD. Check out our map for our exact locations! Requests for a particular apartment/townhouse are always welcome, but are subject to availability.
How do I make a booking with Apartments of Waverley?
Booking with us is easy! Just give us a call on 1800 AOW 000 (that's 1800 269 000) or send an e-mail enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org or go to our home page to 'Book Now'. Booking direct also eliminates third party (OTA) mistakes and omissions and provides a personalised reservation suited specifically for your needs and requirements.
Is there a booking fee?
There is if you decide to book through an Online Travel Agent (OTA). For example, Booking.com or AirBnB, etc. However, if you book with us directly, you'll receive our direct booking discount; and when you return, you'll receive our return guest discount!
There is however, a deposit required for every booking made with Apartments Of Waverley. This deposit is expected when making the booking and is refundable up until our cancellation policy kicks in.
N.B. Apartments Of Waverley are GST Exempt / GST Free which means you save 10% on each booking you make!
What if I'm only staying 1 night or over a week?
Apartments Of Waverley welcome any length of stay. In fact, the longer you stay, the more you save! The only thing you would be missing out on in a shorter stay is our lovely housekeepers' brief company whilst they’re cleaning your apartment/townhouse once a week!
What is Apartments Of Waverley's cancellation policy?
Apartments Of Waverley have quite 48 hours’ notice prior to the arrival date (2.00pm/1400hrs) is required for any cancellations or modifications; excepting: High Season, and Long-term guests staying 28 nights or more, must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the arrival/departure date. Full accommodation charges are payable if you fail to check-in and have not advised us of any cancellation or modifications.
The above details also apply to modified departure dates whilst ‘in-house’.

Does Apartments Of Waverley expect a security bond?
Yes, we at Apartments Of Waverley do require our guest to pay a security bond on arrival. However, this bond is not required to be in cash, instead we can take bond in the form of a pre-authorization held on your credit card.
Does Apartments Of Waverley have a reception?
The unique thing about Apartments Of Waverley is our personal check-in, which requires no reception. As we have no reception; arrival times are to be made by arrangement. Hospitality assistance is provided within business hours of 8am-6pm and 24hr emergency contact is available (e.g. loss of key, etc.).
What do I need to bring for check-in?
You'll need to provide photo identification ('ID') in the form of a driver's licence or a passport (and any guests staying with you will also be required to provide ID); and you'll also want to bring some form of payment method, i.e. Credit Card (merchant fee surcharge applies), Debit card, or Cash. Oh, and of course, your luggage.
Where do I check-in?
Apartments Of Waverley offers a personal check-in. This means that we'll contact you via email and text, and meet you at our apartment building at 1 Frank Street or your designated townhouse address, greet you and give you a guided tour of your apartment/townhouse, explain how things work and offer knowledge of our surrounding area.
What time can I check-in or out?
We at Apartments Of Waverley offer, via appointment only, check-in from 2pm; and self-check-out at 10am. However, we also offer 24hr check-in for those flight times arriving late at night or early hours of the morning, and complimentary late check-out (11am or 12 Noon) provided prior arrangements are made with management, and subject to availability.
Where can I park?
Well, luckily for you, each and every property that Apartments Of Waverley has on offer has their own secure parking space, these are free of charge, by the way. Whether it be in the basement carpark at the Apartment building, or in your very own private garage at any of our Townhouses (additional car space/s are available provided prior arrangements are made with management, subject to availability and nominal charge).
