Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Apartments of Waverley. Specific apartments cannot be guaranteed. Prices and GST Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are on a per apartment per night basis. Long term rates will be negotiated upon booking. The rates are subject to change without notice. w: www.apartmentsofwaverley.com.au t: 03 9596 4304. All bookings must pay one nights deposit by credit card at the time of booking unless by prior arrangement. Photo ID may be required upon arrival. If you wish to pay cash for your accommodation, a valid credit card or cash deposit is required to secure your booking. Extra persons over and above the nominated number of guests on the Reservation Form will attract a $30 per person, per night charge. Cancellations Cancellations will forfeit the deposit. If checkout is earlier than the date specified on the Reservation Form, full payment will still be deducted if less than 7 days notice is given to management. If a weekly rate has been given, the tariff for the shorter period will revert to a higher nightly rate. Arrival/Departure Check-in time: after 14:00 (2pm) Check-out time: Prior to 10:00 (10am) Late check-out after 10:00: unless prior arrangement, a late checkout fee may be charged. Minimum length of stay is two nights. All Apartments of Waverley townhouses are NON SMOKING. Apartments with courtyard areas are provided with ash-trays. Apartments of Waverley maximum rooming configuration for all apartment are as follows:
2 and 3 bedrooms apartments are equipped with one queen bed and in most cases two - four single beds. If more single beds are required please advise this at the time of booking. Security bond/Credit Card Authorisation A credit card authorisation will be asked for at the time of booking and will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to):
Services Provided All bed linen, bathroom toweling and kitchen tea towels are provided. A complimentary selection of guest bathroom amenities (soap and toilet paper) is also supplied along with kitchen detergent, dishwasher liquid and washing machine powder. Should the guest require additional, it is the responsibility of the guest to purchase. All Apartments of Waverley townhouses offer weekly housekeeping (once within 7 days). Should, the guest require an additional full service outside the normal cycle, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Telephones are connected but line rental & calls costs are the responsibility of the Guest. Line rental is charged at $1 per day (pro-rata for the duration of the stay), local calls and 13 numbers 50c and national, mobile and international incur a 25% surcharge. All other utilities are included in the tariff, i.e. water, gas, electricity. Wireless Internet is available at a charge of $30 per week. Lost hardware replacement costs will be the responsibility of the guest. Rubbish Removal Rubbish bins are provided at each location. It is the responsibility of the long term guests ensure the bin is placed on the curb for collection on the correct bin day. Bin days will be listed in your guest book. Descriptions, Photographs and Maps Descriptions are based on information available at the time of publishing and may vary or change at any time. Maps and photographs are shown for general information only and highlight places in surrounding areas. Property photographs are representative only, actual apartments occupied may vary in décor and inclusions from that shown. Travel Insurance We recommend our guests have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by many travel agents or on-line. Unaccompanied minors A child/children (under 18) who is/are travelling/staying without the accompaniment of an adult over the age of 18 years is considered a minor. Unaccompanied minor reservations will not be accepted by Apartments of Waverley. Pets There are no pets allowed. Limit of Liability We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Apartments of Waverley does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. Special Conditions In the event that a guest fails to pay immediately upon demand, any amount owing to Apartments of Waverley, pursuant to the booking and accommodation (including without limitation those incidentals such as telephone, cleaning, etc. set out above) Apartments of Waverley reserves the right to deny access to the guest and ask that they vacate the premises. If in the event that a guest has caused damage to the property or effected other guests / occupants of the property, Apartments of Waverley reserves the right to ask that guest to leave and forfeit any monies paid, and will require the guest to pay for any damage caused. If a guest / occupant behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner, or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest / occupant will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited. All Apartments of Waverley townhouses are secure environments and we do everything possible to ensure security levels are maintained, and we ask that our guests do too. However, Apartments of Waverley takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises. In that regard, we recommend that our guests obtain an appropriate level of travel insurance.
